These Terms of Service govern your use of the Longevity Axis mobile apps operated by [LEGAL NAME OR COMPANY NAME], including Longevity Axis: Sleep, Longevity Axis: Hydration, and Longevity Axis: Movement.

By downloading, accessing, or using any Longevity Axis app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the apps.

Educational and Wellness Use Only

The apps provide sleep tracking, hydration tracking, movement tracking, habit tracking, and educational wellness insights. The apps are not medical devices, do not provide medical advice, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You should not rely on the apps as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician before making health, medical, hydration, exercise, or lifestyle decisions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the apps. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use the apps only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Your Use of the Apps

You are responsible for the information you enter into the apps and for how you use the apps’ educational insights. You agree not to:

Use the apps for unlawful purposes.
Interfere with or disrupt the apps.
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works from the apps except where allowed by law.
Use the apps to make medical decisions without consulting a qualified clinician.

Local Data and Privacy

The apps store wellness data locally on your device. Some apps may read scores from other Longevity Axis apps installed on the same device to provide cross-app insights. Our Privacy Policy explains what information the apps handle and how it is used. By using the apps, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

Optional Subscriptions

The apps may offer optional paid Pro features through auto-renewing subscriptions or other in-app purchases.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation, free trial eligibility, and refund handling are governed by the terms of the app store where you made the purchase.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. The apps may include a “Restore Purchases” option to help restore active purchases on supported devices.

Prices, features, and availability may change over time where permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

The apps, including their design, branding, text, graphics, software, and other content, are owned by Longevity Axis or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the apps or their content to you.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps for your own personal wellness tracking, subject to these Terms.

Third-Party Services

The apps may rely on third-party services, including Apple, Google, Expo, and RevenueCat, for app distribution, platform services, notifications, and subscription management. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

No Guarantees

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that their insights will produce any particular health, sleep, hydration, movement, fitness, or wellness outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longevity Axis and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the apps.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Changes to the Apps or Terms

We may update the apps, add or remove features, or modify these Terms from time to time. If we update these Terms, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the apps if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the apps. You may stop using the apps at any time.

Governing Law
